This prenatal yoga blends the grounding qualities of yin and restorative yoga with mindful prenatal movement and breath awareness. This practice emphasizes long-held, supported postures, deep rest, and connection to your changing body and growing baby.
We begin with a light, welcoming discussion to build community and encourage mindful awareness, then transition into a slow, spacious practice that supports hips, pelvis, low back, and nervous system regulation. All Are Welcome.
