Attic Yoga is an intimate space rooted in the tradition of yoga as a practice of connection, presence, self-study (Swadhyaya,) and set aside performance. With only six students per class, you’ll receive personal guidance in a calm, distraction-free room.
We honor yoga’s roots by moving with intention, breath, and respect for the practice with the version of you that shows up Today. We aim to provide thoughtful movement, breath, and a space to reset.
