Attic Yoga


Attic Yoga is an intimate space rooted in the tradition of yoga as a practice of connection, presence, self-study (Swadhyaya,) and set aside performance. With only six students per class, you’ll receive personal guidance in a calm, distraction-free room.

We honor yoga’s roots by moving with intention, breath, and respect for the practice with the version of you that shows up Today. We aim to provide thoughtful movement, breath, and a space to reset.

Located on the third floor of High Street Collective, bring your own mat or you can borrow one

Attic Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive space designed for mindful movement and real-life bodies. We’re located on the third floor of High Street Collective, which means a couple flights of stairs to reach us.

Our cozy Attic has plenty of charm, including slightly lower ceilings that invite awareness and thoughtful movement in certain postures. It’s all part of practicing with presence.
