Hey There! Jess Simeri here, I’m an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance with a YACEP designation, and I’ve been practicing yoga off and on for over 13 years. You know, when you get sucked into your first yoga class at a cold gym by your older sister? That was me. And it was not my favorite. She did not give up though. For Christmas a year or two later, she got me my first 30 day trial at a hot yoga studio! I was hooked. Thanks, Jen! It took me nearly a decade to truly understand what practicing yoga meant, not just moving through poses, but learning to show up, breathe, and soften into presence.
I thrive when teaching vinyasa-style yoga and love the energy of studio classes. At home, my practice is slower—gentle movement and quiet meditation, usually accompanied by the comforting smell of morning coffee.
I am originally from Michigan but I’m learning to love life in Indiana, where I still get to experience all four seasons (including my favorite: Winter!) When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, you’ll find me deep in a good crime drama, cooking a fresh meal or out for a walk.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to help you connect with yourself in a way that feels intentional, inclusive, and true to you.
