Virtual Chair Yoga

This gentle, accessible yoga class is practiced entirely from a chair, no props needed. We’ll explore seated stretches, mindful movement, and calming breathwork to ease tension, support mobility, and improve posture. Perfect for all levels, including those who prefer a supported practice or are working from a desk.

All you need is a sturdy, armless chair and enough space around you to move your arms freely. This class is virtual only.
